Phoenix RPS: Elementary Rules

After literal decades of work, IT IS HERE!

After 35 years of intermittent playtesting and tweaking, Phoenix Role-Playing System is finally seeing public daylight. There will be additions, and possibly a tweak or two, but this is the basic ruleset.

From the get-go, I've wanted to create a system that works in any situation - from Conan to Shadowrun, from Star Trek to The Sandman. And literally anything and everything in between, or all of them meshed up. In a way that is realistic, or at least reasonable.

I believe this is it.

I will later publish a ruleset for magic (Hermetic magic, Shamanism, Deism, Psychomancy and Omoekaze-ka, the latter being wuxia-style magic), a ruleset about spacetravel and vehicle combat, and a ruleset about information networks and cybernetics.

I might also publish some of the worlds we've created along the way.
